…a disciple of Jesus. The world is a jacked up place and things aren’t the way they’re supposed to be. I believe God had some original intentions but that through our own rebellion we became disconnected from those intentions. But God, through Jesus, was determined to redeem his people and creation. Through the life, death and resurrection of Christ we find a new way to live in his kingdom and in following him in the most radical sense, we are part of putting things back they way they ought to be.
…a husband to my wife Sherry. I could rename her many things: grace, beauty, patience–because that is what she embodies every day of our lives together. I’ve loved this woman since 9th grade and can’t wait for each day with her.
…a father to four amazing kids. Leah (10), Elijah (8), Josiah (5), Anna (3). I’ve learned more about unconditional love and discipleship with and through them than anything else. Sherry and I have initiated and will contribute more about our life lessons from them at our communities family life blog.
…an entrepreneur of sorts. I enjoy getting my hands dirty in a variety of business opportunities.
