I think the bail-out is really about everyone involved getting bailed out of responsibility, except for the average U.S. citizen who will have to pay for the poor judgement of our government leadership and coruption of the insitutions they legitimize. I was given an interesting quote today from Bono. Regardless of what you think about the solutions he may or may not have to the world's ills, I thought it was interesting:
"It is extraordinary to me that you can find $700 billiion to save Wall Street and the entire G8 can't find $25 billion to save 25,000 children who die every day of preventable treatable disease and hunger, " the U2 lead singer told Clinton's fourth annual philanthropic summit in New York.
